Refunds and Cancellations

We aim to provide a smooth experience for all users of JustRentHeavy.com. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below.
1. Cancellations by the Customer
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental start time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental start time may incur a cancellation fee of [Insert Percentage/Amount].
- Customers are encouraged to contact the Service Provider promptly to confirm any cancellation requests.
2. Cancellations by the Service Provider
- If a Service Provider cancels a confirmed booking, the Customer will receive a full refund.
- Service Providers are required to notify the Customer as soon as possible in case of cancellations.
- Repeated cancellations by a Service Provider may lead to account suspension and removal from the platform.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used during booking.
- Partial refunds may be issued in cases where equipment is returned earlier than agreed, subject to the Service Provider's approval.
- Refunds will not be provided for cancellations or no-shows beyond the permitted time frame.
4. Disputes
Any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations must be reported to JustRentHeavy.com support within 48 hours of the rental end time.
We will mediate disputes and facilitate communication between the parties involved. However, the final resolution lies with the Service Provider and Customer.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Payments made for completed rentals are non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be provided for no-shows, late cancellations, or equipment damage caused by the Customer.
6. Modifications to Bookings
Any modifications to bookings, including extensions or changes to rental terms, must be agreed upon by both the Customer and Service Provider.
Additional charges or refunds resulting from modifications will be processed accordingly.
7. App Store Purchases
For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store:
- Our subscription model is ₹299 per month for listing up to 5 machines (first listing is free).
- Subscription payments are processed by Apple, not by Just Rent Heavy.
- To cancel or request a refund for an App Store purchase, please contact Apple Support directly or use the subscription management options in your Apple ID settings.
- Apple's refund policies will apply to all in-app purchases made through the App Store.
- Just Rent Heavy cannot directly process refunds for purchases made through the App Store.
